Daily communications with UAP allow us to continuously improve our processes and guarantee the quality of the work we deliver.
As part of this collaboration, we’ve developed new partnerships and built designated translation memories and terminology databases. These contain the terms recommended by UAP and its brands, including NAPA Auto Parts, as well as other language preferences specified by the client. These tools ensure that our terminology and style remain consistent and uniform during the completion of the client’s translation, revision, and proofreading projects. We’ve also created a style guide, for use by our language teams and UAP, to make sure the company’s voice and tone are consistent in all their communications.
