NAPA Canada is one of Espresso’s oldest clients: our close partnership began more than two decades ago. Having since worked on countless projects, we’ve become highly proficient in technical translation over the years.

We handle 30-plus NAPA Canada projects per month, ranging from technical content to marketing and human resources material. The vast majority of our translation team is involved in NAPA Canada projects, which require working into English, French, and Spanish.

Honing our technical knowledge

Daily communication with UAP allows us to continuously improve our processes and guarantee the quality of the work we deliver. We are constantly updating and honing our knowledge in a highly specialized technical field and adapting to different types of content: technical, administrative, marketing, travel/tourism, etc.

Maintaining the client’s voice

As part of this collaboration, we’ve developed new partnerships and built designated translation memories and terminology databases. These contain the terms recommended by UAP and its brands, including NAPA Auto Parts, as well as other language preferences specified by the client. These tools ensure that our terminology and writing style remain consistent across all translation, revision, and proofreading projects.

We also refer to a style guide developed for both our own resources and the client’s to ensure we maintain the company’s tone and voice in all its communications.
